Re: Crystal Palace (A)
I guess it is has sold out, what with PP being awarded for home games I am going to assume there are a significantly much higher number of fans now on 8 PP this season so it is not a surprise in a way.

Back from meetings and just tried again and still the same.

Would be just my luck that it's sold out.

Re: Crystal Palace (A)
So I got the tickets with 8 points after messing around with different browsers and devices.

Now trying to buy with 6 points - showing as tickets available but getting the same error messages as before regardless of device or browser used.

Re: Crystal Palace (A)
Email I received from Ticket Office today in reply to some feedback I gave to them... to be fair they do reply:

"There has been one or two teething issues with the previous few away games, and has different problems with each. There has been issues with the amount of points that can apply first, to allowing only one ticket to purchase even though supporters in your network have enough points and today was due to not all blocks showing up online from the start. For all these issues, I can only sincerely apologise for them arising.

I have noticed the priority points under my network not showing, and have raised this with TicketMaster a few days ago. Hopefully, we can get this implemented soon to make this easier for all fans. "

Re: Crystal Palace (A)
No problem this time, got five just selected best available. FWIW I used Firefox today but had problems when using iPad for west brom. In the end that worked fine.
I can't understand how the hell they get problems with certain browsers as it is run by ticketmaster

Re: Crystal Palace (A)
Logged on using Chrome and got 6 no problem

Re: Crystal Palace (A)
Club just tweeted that the problems were because they needed to sell out block r before putting on sale the other blocks.

Did they think that we wouldn't have sold out our allocation? What absolute fools.

Sorted. Piece of fucking shit system.

Re: Crystal Palace (A)
Actually, bigst is onto something - it seems to be to do with which device and browser you use.

I just tried to use my PC to purchase using Firefox and then IE, same problem. Whenever I've booked using same PC and browser earlier in season it's worked.

I then used a tablet with same edition of IE and it worked straight away - gave me the tickets. So if you've had problem booking try to use a different browser or device until you find one that works. Ridiculous system.
